What is IICRC Certification?

We earned this medal. Someday, if you're ever IICRC certified, you can have one too.

If you’ve been reading this website for longer than a few minutes, you’ve likely seen “IICRC-Approved” and “IICRC-Certified” everywhere. There’s good reason for that too: we’re proud of it!

But what does that mean?

The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification, and it’s been a part of our curriculum for our Franchise Professionals for 24 years. We teach our industry-leading talent five courses from the IICRC:

• Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
• Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)
• Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT)
• And Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)

That means that no matter the sticky situation you find yourself in, our top-of-the-line personnel and training will be more than capable of handling the job in a quick and efficient manner and get you back to your preloss life!
